These freshly renovated 40 m² apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Ideal for couples or small families, it features a spacious living area with a 55" TV and a comfortable pullout sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children). The fully equipped kitchen features an induction stove, microwave, small oven, refrigerator with a water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, and a knife set—everything you need to feel at home.

The bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, a large screen TV, a nightstand, air conditioning, and a multi-purpose desk, ideal for remote work or a vanity setup. The bathroom features an electric shower with hot water, and a washing machine is provided for your convenience.
The building features an elevator, and public parking is conveniently located right next door.

I am Carolina. We are a Colombian-Israeli family with deep roots in Cali and a love for sharing its charm with others. Our apartments at Palacio Rosa are more than just rentals - they’re family. My parents, Ana and Delio, live in the same building and are the heart of Cozy in Cali.
Ana is the magic behind our glowing reviews, ensuring, with Delio, every detail, from maintenance to guest care, is handled with love and precision. Even when we’re not in Colombia, our hearts and minds travel between the two countries.
We see ourselves as part of Cali’s growing tourism movement and aim to be a trusted guide for anyone looking to explore Colombia, whether for a short stay or a life-changing journey.
